I have over 40 years of Municipal Sector experience serving at the highest levels of Executive Leadership.  I retired in December 2020 as the City of Torrance Community Services Director and possess a great deal of passion for this profession.  With my years of experience, energy and enthusiasm, I am uniquely positioned to assist your organization become more efficient with the use of technology.

I am proud to announce that Catalyst Consulting has joined forces to promote and market a new software product for municipalities that will revolutionize all of your special event, program, class, facilities and CIP workflow processes called Prodtype.  This software has been in development for the past 4 years and came to my attention 6 months ago, and I found that this product is the perfect solution for task management within our municipal structures and easy to use.  It can be customized for all of our recreation program areas as well as for overall management of Capital Improvement Projects.  Prodtype is now being beta-tested with a few municipalities to launch in January 2024.  If you are interested in finding out more, please reach out to me and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have on how it can work for your city.
