I have 50+ years of Municipal Sector experience serving at the highest levels of Executive Leadership. I retired in December 2020 as the City of Torrance Community Services Director and remain passionate about this profession. With my years of experience, energy, and enthusiasm, I am uniquely positioned to assist your organization in becoming more efficient and effective in serving your communities. Since opening Catalyst Consulting, I have served the municipalities of Hermosa Beach, El Segundo, South Pasadena, Los Alamitos, Santa Fe Springs, Bell, La Habra, West Hollywood, and Gardena.

As the Community Services Director I was responsible for a $28M Operating Budget and $10M CIP Budget. I provided oversight of five (5) Management Divisions that consisted of 165 FT employees and 500 PT employees, within the Administrative, Cultural, Library, Parks, and Recreation Services Divisions. Our dedicated and highly professional Management Team collaborated to provide full in-house services to our 148,000 Torrance residents.
